As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective – identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues in critical business systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting application problems, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless operations of business applications. This role will help you build a strong foundation in system support and database administration, especially in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.

Requirements:

• 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred).
• 0–2 years in SQL Server Administration or Application Support. Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration (required).
• Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery processes for databases.
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn continuously and adapt to new technologies.
